My mom and I went to CMH after I was sent an ad for a new car from a friend. We showed up, and right away we were met with kindness and folks who genuinely wanted to help us out. I test drove a 2014 Honda Civic, and purchased it the same day! The car was clean, advertised accurately and in great shape for a great price. I am so excited to pick it up tomorrow! Derek, Lucas and Krista were all so helpful through the entire process and never once pressured me, or made me feel uncomfortable. They answered every single question that we had and didn't rush us whatsoever. They even allowed me to trade- in my current vehicle that isn't worth much so I didn't have to go through the hassle of getting rid of it on my own. Incredibly accommodating and friendly. After a lot of searching, we found a van we were looking for at a fair price. When we arrived, Luke gave me the keys and let me take my time with the vehicle on a test drive. I never felt rushed, and he patiently answered all my questions. I requested a few minor cosmetic to be fixed in the event we purchased the van, and Luke confirmed that they would be taken care of. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the tire light was on. One of the service technicians confirmed that the valve stem was leaking. Because we live an hour away, they arranged the repair that day at a local tire shop down the street at no charge. Everyone we interacted with there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. (Part 2) Experience with Service After receiving our van, I noticed several items that I hoped would be covered by the 6-week warranty. After a little phone and email tag, I was able to book a day to visit for the following week. It was well worth the wait. The CMH Service Department (Graham in particular) honoured their warranty and took care of the items I asked them about on the same day. Overall, very impressed with the experience. It's obvious why they move so many cars. They really took care of us.

I bought Mercedes E400 from there and received my car fully clean and ready for me. They gave the best price for my trade. Lisa took care most of the things with smile face and professionally. I will definitely go there for my next car.

Did a lot of hunting around in April 2019 to find the used car I wanted - 2015 Lincoln MKZ hybrid, reserve package. I was offered a trade-in value of $2,500 by a dealer in Toronto for my previous car, in great shape, meticulously maintained and clean. Went down to CMH, and received $7,000 trade-in on the purchase of exactly the car I desired! Friendly, helpful service from Michael Holder. It look a while for the licensing and ownership changes, but overall, I'm very satisfied, and the car has been a pleasure, performing without problem.

Customer Matters Here.. Really, it was a pleasant experience for me when I walk in there to buy a Kia Optima 2015. I’m glad that I went there and met Lisa, she was super helpfull and guided me on everything. Graham who was the sales rep too, did a good job giving me explanations whenever I asked something. Just completed a deal where CMH purchased my leased Chevy pick-up and I purchased a used Infiniti. The whole process was fairly painless, it took a while due to them assuming the lease then purchasing the vehicle but overall they exceeded my expectations as far as used car shopping goes. We were considering the purchase of a used truck for towing an RV from CMH and put down a deposit. Our sales rep Graham did a lot of quick research and came back to advise that the truck was a bit under rated for the trailer we bought. I asked if they could keep an eye out for a suitable truck but after a week Graham called me back to say nothing seems to be available as quality used trucks at present are scarce. He promptly refunded our deposit and put no pressure on us to wait for the dealership to find us something. I would highly recommend CMH and Graham to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle.
