After a lot of searching, we found a van we were looking for at a fair price. When we arrived, Luke gave me the keys and let me take my time with the vehicle on a test drive. I never felt rushed, and he patiently answered all my questions. I requested a few minor cosmetic to be fixed in the event we purchased the van, and Luke confirmed that they would be taken care of. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed the tire light was on. One of the service technicians confirmed that the valve stem was leaking. Because we live an hour away, they arranged the repair that day at a local tire shop down the street at no charge. Everyone we interacted with there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. (Part 2) Experience with Service
After receiving our van, I noticed several items that I hoped would be covered by the 6-week warranty. After a little phone and email tag, I was able to book a day to visit for the following week. It was well worth the wait. The CMH Service Department (Graham in particular) honoured their warranty and took care of the items I asked them about on the same day. Overall, very impressed with the experience. It's obvious why they move so many cars. They really took care of us.
